アップフォーヨガは「自分だけの隠れ家で特別なリラックスタイム」を提供する、東京 グランドプリンスホテル新高輪１階にあるヨガスタジオです。

Up For Yoga New Takanawa is on the first floor of the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa located in an urban resort environment. We offer 31 classes per week, such as yoga, prenatal yoga and pilates. Classes are 70 minutes long , with a maximum of 9 persons per classes. Beginners are welcome. Our fully skilled and capable yoga teachers are waiting for you!

• Mineral water, rental mat and various other equipments are available for free of charge.
• SUNDÃRI organic aromatheraphy candles are used in most classes.
(Scents change depending on the season and contents of the class)

We accept cash and credit card, such as VISA, Master Card, American Express, and JCB.
• 1 class 4,000 yen (including yoga mat)
• 2 classes without rental yoga wear 4,000 yen (including yoga mat)
• 2 classes with rental yoga wear 5,000 yen (including yoga mat)

Advance reservations are required. However, drop-ins are welcome depending on availability.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and bare feet for yoga.
Rental wear is available. (1,400 yen / per visit, separate top or bottoms – each 700 yen / per visit)
Changing booths are available. Please bring a towel.
